Where we ship
Cancel an order
 

All orders are processed and shipped out the door within 24-48 hours, as long as:

• We have received complete and valid payment information (orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check clears)
• The product is in stock (you will know right away that an item is out of stock)
• The delivery address is complete and correct

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping service selected during the order process.

Delivery types:

Standard -

Generally, shipments going to Eastern US destinations are sent via USPS standard delivery, whereas shipments going to Central or Western US destinations are sent via DHL Smart Mail. Canadian and International shipments are shipped via USPS parcel post airmail.

Estimated delivery times for standard shipments are between 2 and 10 mailing days. Most international customers experience shipping times between 1 week and 8 weeks. Please note that we cannot provide tracking information for standard shipments.

4 Day Ground -

You will receive your purchase no later than the seventh business day after your order begins production and a tracking number is provided to you via email.

Customers choosing 4 Day Delivery service should note that their package can be tracked via DHL through to their local United States Postal office. The final leg of the shipment will be provided by the United States Postal Service. Please note that Saturday delivery is possible with this shipping type.

2nd Day -

You will receive your order by 5 PM on the second business day following your shipment and a tracking number is provided to you via email.

Express -

You will receive your purchase no later than 3PM the next business day following your shipment and a tracking number is provided to you via email.

*Please note these two important point regarding 2nd Day and Express Delivery:

1) In the event that an article in your order cannot be produced because we do not have your chosen size or color available, our Customer Service team will make every attempt to contact you by email or by telephone to suggest alternative choices. Should we not be able to contact you in time to ensure that your order ships within the time frame of your guaranteed shipment, we will use our best judgment to replace the product. In these instances, we will notify you by letter with your shipment to explain the changes.

2) 2nd Day and Express Delivery cannot be shippped to P.O. Box addresses. If you have entered a P.O. Box address and chosen 2nd Day or Express Delivery, your shipment is likely to be delayed and cannot be gauranteed. In this instance, or in the unlikely case we cannot ship according to the terms you selected within two business days of producing the order, Spreadshirt will reimburse the additional shipping costs to you and ship your item via Standard delivery.

Technical problems with your order

Ordering with GayboyTshirts.com works just fine with most browsers (e.g. Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Opera). If you do have technical problems, please check the following points and try again to place an order: - Do you use the latest version of the Flash Player? - Are javascript, cookies and pop-ups activated in your browser? If not, the shop might not be represented properly - Do high security setups of your firewall and your router interfere with the data transfer over the internet?

If you continue to experience problems, you may want to try using a different web browser. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox for the best results.

Order confirmation not received

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to technical problems or an error in your e-mail address (e.g. typo). In this case, please e-mail us at service@spreadshirt.com to let us know that you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail. Be sure to provide us with the full name, e-mail address and street address used in the order as well as the order date.
